Photos of Bodyweight Program Exercises - 2 Split Squats with Front Foot Elevated

Split Squats - Position A

Split Squats - Position B











Start with both feet flat on the floor - toes facing the step. Move to Position A with Right Foot forward, sink to position B. Step back to starting position then move to Position A with Left Foot forward, sink to Position B. Return to starting position. Continue with alternate feet forward.
