Body Pull Ups
This is a simple, but specific exercise for the arms and back.
Steps
Lie under a sturdy table or if you have a bar even better.
Put your feet on the floor.
With hands about shoulder width apart on the table top, pull your chest up to touch the table
Lower your chest until the arms are straight.
Tips
Make sure the table can support your weight. If there is any doubt – do not use the table!
In any case, place a cushion or pillow under your head in case you lose your grip.
